Preventia is a prevention-first health tool. This page explains, in plain language, what data we handle, how long we keep it, where it is processed, and exactly what is sent to our AI provider when you use the calculators and analysis features.

What you can do without an account

You can estimate your biological age, run the face-age tool, and analyze a lab report without creating an account. When you are not signed in, we do not link any input to an identity and nothing is saved to a profile.

What gets sent to our AI provider

To generate results, the relevant input is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider (the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes to large-language and vision models such as Google Gemini) purely to produce your analysis:

Lab report analysis: the text and/or image content of the document you upload, plus the chronological age and sex you provide.
Face-age tool: the photo you upload.
Quick calculators: the lifestyle values you type in (for example resting heart rate, sleep, exercise frequency).

This data is used only to generate the result you requested. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

Retention — how long we keep things

Uploaded files and photos are never stored. Your lab PDF or selfie is processed in memory to build your result and is then discarded. We do not write the original file to disk or to any storage bucket.
Anonymous use leaves no saved record. If you are not signed in, your inputs are not retained after the result is returned.
Saved results (signed-in users only). If you choose to create an account, the structured results of an analysis (scores, biomarker values, and your plan) are saved to your account so you can track progress — never the original file or photo. You can delete these at any time.

Where your data is processed and stored

Analysis runs on secure cloud infrastructure (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase). Data is encrypted in transit. Saved account data is stored in managed databases protected by row-level security so that you can only access your own records. Requests to the AI provider are made server-side and are also encrypted in transit.

Your choices and rights

Use the tools anonymously, with nothing saved.
Delete your saved results or your account at any time.
Request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us (see below).
